Welcome to Hot Dang Studio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at hotdang.studio, our applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Hot Dang Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

All content, design, graphics, code, trademarks, logos, and other materials available on our Services are the property of Hot Dang Studio or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of this content without our prior written permission.

The "Hot Dang Studio" name, logo, and related branding are trademarks of Hot Dang Studio. All other trademarks referenced in our Services are the property of their respective owners.

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us (e.g., through our contact form or feedback channels), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving our Services. You represent that any content you submit does not violate the rights of any third party.

6. Applications and In-App Purchases

Some of our applications may be distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your use of those applications is also subject to the terms and policies of the respective platform. In-app purchases, subscriptions, and refund policies are governed by the platform from which the application was acquired.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

8. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hot Dang Studio disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Hot Dang Studio, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) our Services.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Hot Dang Studio, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of our Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using our Services at any time. Upon termination, the rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, but provisions which by their nature should survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

12. Modifications to the Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Services (or any portion thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hot Dang Studio regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements.

16. Apple App Store EULA

If you obtain any of our applications through the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply: this agreement is between you and Hot Dang Studio, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the application or its content. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the application. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this agreement and may enforce it against you. The licensed application is provided in accordance with Apple's standard EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
